NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Former Gov. Phil Bredesen is throwing his support behind Eric Stewart for Congress, calling the state senator “a man we Tennesseans can be proud to send to Washington” in an radio advertisement playing throughout the 4th Congressional District.

“This is Phil Bredesen. Our congress is up in Washington busy with being partisan and not busy addressing our problems. Eric Stewart is running for Congress and can be a part of the solution.
