Chad Lawhorn is originally from Chattanooga but has recently relocated to Middle Tennesse. He graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a BS in International Relations. Since graduating, Chad has staffed and volunteered with campaigns from the federal to the municipal levels. He has served as the office manager and executive assistant to the chair for the Hamilton County Democratic Party as well as a member of HCDP’s Board of Director. He has now joined the TNDP team and is fighting for lasting positive change in his home state.
Chad is the Field Organizer for Middle Tennessee Region II, which includes the counties of Rutherford, Cannon, Wilson, Sumner, Trousdale, Smith, DeKalb, Clay, Pickett, Fentress, Jackson, Overton, Putnam, White, Warren, Van Buren, Grundy, Coffee, Moore, and Franklin.
Chad is passionate about Tennessee, photography, travel, political research, and foreign policy.
