TENNESSEE DEMOCRATIC PARTY (“TNDP,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), provides this
privacy policy to describe how we collect, use, and share the information of individuals,
including visitors to our website at TNDP.ORG (the “Site”) (collectively, the “Services”).

Information Collection‍
When interacting with us, we may collect information about you, including your name,
contact information, employer, occupation, and any other information you choose to
provide. For example, we collect this information when you join our email list, make a
donation, contact us, or interact with us for any other purpose. We may also collect your
mailing and billing information when you donate to us or place an order.

We (and other entities) automatically collect information relating to your interactions with
us and our Site, including browser type, IP address, pages visited and other activities on
the Site, device type, and time and date of visit, and other information we collect
through the use of cookies and similar technology. See the “Digital Advertising &

and the choices available to you.

Information Use‍

• To fulfill your orders and complete your donations;
• To respond to your inquiries, including questions about orders and donations;

  to you, such as information about relevant issues, resources, campaigns,

  direct marketing purposes as well as soliciting charitable donations or political

We may share information that has been de-identified or aggregated without limitation.

We do not share phone numbers, text messaging originator opt-in data, or consents
with third parties, provided that we may share such information with our vendors, consultants,
and other service providers who will use such information only to carry out work on our behalf.

Digital Advertising & Analytics‍
‍We may partner with ad networks and other ad serving providers (“Advertising
Providers”) that serve ads on behalf of us and others on non-affiliated platforms. Some
of those ads may be personalized, meaning that they are intended to be relevant to you
based on information Advertising Providers collect about your use of the Site and other
sites or apps over time, including information about relationships among different
browsers and devices. This type of advertising is known as interest-based advertising.

TENNESSEE DEMOCRATIC PARTY adheres to the Digital Advertising Alliance (“DAA”) Self-Regulatory
Principles in connection with this interest-based advertising activity. You may visit the

and how to opt out of this advertising on websites by companies participating in the

marketing message. If you opt out of our email marketing, we will still send you
messages related to our transactions and relationship with you, such as donation
confirmations.

If you would like to opt out of receiving SMS (texts) from the TENNESSEE DEMOCRATIC PARTY, you
may reply “STOP” to any text message you receive from us.
