I am a mother, wife, advocate, and community leader whose personal story is shaped by real-world challenges. As a mom of five, I have navigated pregnancy-induced complications, survived domestic violence, and was also a single mom for many years. That lived experience grounded me and deepened my commitment to building a better, safer future for all families. I know what it means to need support, to need safety, and to need someone willing to stand up and say, “You matter.”
